This is not going to cost you much at all, compared to what it costs if you buy prescription meds like Viagra, Cialis or Levitra (which can be at least $100). This natural recipe just needs one pomegranate and a watermelon, which is going to cost you about $10 tops! Let’s start with pomegranates…
So why do Pomegranates act similar to the effects of Viagra?
They are very rich in antioxidants which help tremendously in increasing the blood flow to the penis. These antioxidants are responsible for razing the levels of nitric oxide in your body which then proceeds to relax the blood vessel walls. To make a long definition short, it let’s the blood flow better to your penis. Step One - Buy a pomegranate, slice it in half and collect it in a cup or bowl. There are several YouTube videos explaining the correct way to cut pomegranates, you have to be careful and remove the membrane it has inside. Just do searches for “How to cut a pomegranate” in YouTube:
Notes: Seeds can be a bit hard when you bight down on them but they are ok to swallow.
Wait we forgot about the watermelons?
These juicy fruits are probably better than pomegranates when it comes to benefits for Erectile Dysfunction andsimilar effects to Viagra . Watermelons are loaded with a very important amino acid called citrulline that also helps relax and dilate your blood vessels which is very similar to what Viagra does.

Step Two – Grab a watermelon, slice a quarter of it up and collect in cup or bowl. You do not have to slice up the whole watermelon, which would be way too much. Using a quarter is enough and the rest can be used next time

Once you are done you should have something that looks like the example in step 3 below. You can now choose whether you want to eat them separately or mix them together, we actually did both and compared which one works best.
Step Three – Mixing them together. Once you have both your Watermelon slices and Pomegranate beads then you are all set, it should look something like the preview below. Both of them are delicious and you can eat them separately as a snack or mix them together as the image below demonstrates. We prepared a small plate with pomegranate beads sprinkled over the watermelon slices.
Step Four – Putting both in a blender is a much easier and faster way of getting the most out of both the Watermelons and Pomegranates. Make sure to fill your blender with about 40% water, add the slices and beads, then mix it on high! Make sure you blend it enough to cut up the seeds in the pomegranates. Tastes great and goes down easy.

Now that we have explained 2 ways of preparing this Natural remedy to Viagra let’s see if it actually worked? We all know that medications such as Viagra, Cialis and Levitra can give a man an erection within about 30 minutes but there needs to be sexual contact or activity that triggers the erection.

First of all did this recipe work?
Arthur: Yes and No. I have eaten watermelons in the past and have felt a difference in my erections but I have never tired pomegranates before. When I tired them both together I could defiantly feel a difference and as soon as I thought or saw something sexual I could feel my erection coming on strong, at about 90%, which usually would only come to about 50% erect.
When did you try the fruit plate?
I tried this on a Tuesday and that same night it almost did feel like I took a Viagra but not as strong, it did take a little more effort to hold the erection but it came on strong fast and long enough to penetrate. I would rank the plate 7 out of 10.
How about the Watermelon Pomegranate shake?
This is actually helped me in the long run. I made a little bit too much so the first day I drank an 800ml glass it was about 5pm and I did not have sex that night.
